What type of plastic should I be collecting?
You should be collecting any plastic you use that you consider non-reusable. Examples include plastic bags, Styrofoam, plastic packaging, candy wrappers etc.
What do I do with the plastic after the challenge?
After you are done with the challenge, you should throw your recyclable plastic into the proper trash can to be recycled.
Why should I participate?
You should participate because by helping us with our study, we can help change the Earth and you can help kids in the future have a safe place to swim.
How do we record our data?
To record your data, you should write down how many pieces of non-reusable plastic you go through in a week.
Where do we send our results?
You should send it to our class at [email protected].
How old do you have to be to participate?
This is an all-ages challenge! There is no limit for age to participate in our study.
