Wellness Resources During COVID-19

We know that during this time, many things are uncertain. There are so many stresses that come with our current pandemic world that make doing anything difficult, let alone learning and helping our kids at home. That's why we've put together a few resources for parents to help support you and your child at home, and to aid in reframing our mindsets during these trying times. Below, you will find a variety of tools addressing anxieties centered around COVID 19, changing brain chemistry during difficult times, and activities to build resilience when students get stuck. Some activities are geared towards adults (because parents need support too!), while others can be used together with your child. We hope these tools will help foster hope and bring some calmness to you and yours. Stay Well!
